Dr. Hilary Krause was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. She attended University of California at Berkeley, majoring in English literature while completing her pre-medical studies. She earned her medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and completed a pediatrics residency at University of California, San Diego. Dr. Krause has been practicing general pediatric medicine since 2006. She is board-certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). 

In her free time, Dr. Krause enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and golden retriever. Dr. Krause enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, reading, and doing word puzzles.
